2010 year in review
1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
Stopped making myself finish books I wasn’t really into. Movies too for that matter. We radically changed our diets.
Moved to CO with my husbend
Lived without a full length mirror. And liked it.
Got in (my first) a car accident.
Completely surrendered to our Lords will. Truly desiring His will and timing over mine.
Oh! Celebrated my first wedding anniversary (apart from my husbend sadly).
Focused more on the eternal than the temporal.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Jeremiah and I did make some ‘resolutions for the year;
We did keep to not going to the movie theaters except for when we had a gift card
We did pay down our debt
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
There were indeed A LOT of pregnancy announcements and births this year!
My old high school girlfriend Melon gave birth earlier this year to a precious baby girl.
4. Did anyone close to you die? Yes.
One was my former lady (client) who passed away this March.
5. What countries did you visit?

Discipline. More female fellowship. Stillness. I shall I put this; less usage of the mouth
7. What date from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Being the date gurl that I am, there are a few;
April 9 -my first car accident
August 18- Jer and I’s last ‘reunion wednesday’
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I’d have to say thriving in spite of Jeremiah’s and I’s time apart when (from January-August) he would be gone for work for 8 days -with NO contact- and then home for 6 days.
Couponing (if you’re interested I’d be glad to meet with you and share what I have learnedJ )
Another year of being med free (bipolar) without any serious episodes. He is truly my strength and stability. All glory and praise to Him. That He is revealing Himself through my bipolar struggle is just, wow!
9. What was your biggest failure?
Impatience. Laziness. My mouth (things I said) and times I did not obey the Holy Spirit’s prompting.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yep. That stinkin’ footboard of our bed -gets us every time we walk around it. Literally.
Also recall burning myself on an incense warmer too.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Well, grandma helped us pay off Jeremiah’s truck, bringing with it less debt.
Otherwise I’d rewrite this to say what are some of the best things I got for free! (like gift cards and curtains!) hehe

In the Waiting by Shannon Wexelberg
:excerpts:
I can see You’re breaking up my fallow ground
In this season of such barrenness, Lord, I have found
You are in the waiting
While my heart’s anticipating
How and when You’ll move
Oh, that’s when You prove
You are in the waiting too
So, plant Your seed
‘Til it’s living, Lord, in me
Make me all You want me to be
Unveil my eyes
If I’ve exchanged the truth for lies
Give me faith so I can see
The work that You began You will complete in me
I believe that I can say
Thank You, Lord, for every answer You’ve delayed
